Phone number for payments has changed

As part of our dedication to provide safe, secure service, NFEC has introduced a new toll-free phone number specifically for payments. Members can pay their bills over the phone with a debit card, credit card, or check by using our new Pay by Phone number, 844-759-3983. With this automated service, you enter your payment using the buttons on your phone’s keypad. You can also use the system to change your phone number.

Webb Named Oklahoma YLC Delegate

Each year on the Rural Electric Youth Tour, cooperative delegates are given the opportunity to be selected for the prestigious NRECA Youth Leadership Council. One student from each state is selected to represent their state during the coming year. At the Oklahoma Youth Tour Banquet in June, Northfork Electric Youth Tour delegate Gabe Webb was named Oklahoma’s 2017 YLC representative.

“I’m so excited! I wanted this so bad!” an ecstatic Webb reacted upon finding out he had been chosen.

After the Storm

These poles were recently delivered to the cooperative’s headquarters facility to be used in making the permanent repairs to over 100 miles of line damaged by the December 2015 ice storm. The project is on schedule to be completed sometime in 2019.

We are proud to recognize all electric lineworkers for the services they perform around the clock in difficult conditions to keep power flowing and protect the public’s safety.

NFEC Implements New Rate Schedule

This month, Northfork Electric will implement a rate increase for all member-consumers — for the first time in more than seven years. “We value our members and place a strong emphasis on providing them with exceptional service. To maintain the quality, reliability and integrity of the services we provide, it is necessary for us to adjust our pricing structure,” Scott Copeland, NFEC General Manager, said.
